Cédric Rey
Adobe Campaign Expert
& Web Technologies developer
Possesses expertise with B2C environment and comprehensive of the final user’s needs.
This resume is in an unusual format. I used the CSS power, and particularly CSS3.
It allows to get a more interactive document than a classic list, more suited for print than screen
And then, I involve a technical media with my professional competences. That surely makes sense!
Better than showing my good knowledge of Javascript, I prefer to use the CSS3, faster with compatible browsers.
In order to allow everyone to see the entire content of the document, I made it keeping the basic functionalities available for all.
Do not hesitate to over the mouse on different parts, including elements of my experience and training.
The CSS3 proves that we can do a lot with little means. Making a similar page without Javascript in 2007 was impossible.
In 2013, things have changed, and we can free our creativity without using Flash, Javascript or any proprietary technology.
It's when we are curious and audacious that we make things happen.
You can obviously print this
resume, that will come out in a more usual format, or download
the PDF file.
Enjoy the read.

Personal projects
xNotes: similar solution to Google Notebook. When this service stopped, I couldn't find any alternate that was as simple. I decided to develop my own solution. It is a simple way to write short notes, classify and keep them
on the cloud.
The purpose was to avoid a database configuration, and an easy export of data. As a result, the main feature was to store everything in XML files.
It's me: When I started to write on my french geek blog, I wanted to put an animation with a famous video game plumber. Months later, I had the character, and almost all the game. Everything in Javascript and CSS3 (plus a level editor).
Watch my lib : An application to alert me when an Autolib or a parking is available. Node JS / Angular JS Application running on my Raspberry Pi, sending text messages and e-mails.
About me
Web worker, css mechanic, javascript handyman, but also f2.8 aperture, perfect light and a bit too long exposure lover: I am an amateur photographer during my travels and free time.
When I was a child I wanted to drive trains, be a points man then finally wanted to design them. Weird passion that then attracted me to everything working with electricity, steam or elbow grease. I was definitely too curious to not be interested in the world wide web.
Today, I participate in some Meetups, like "France HTML5", in order to be aware of the hot news and discuss about some of my interests.
I can’t tell that I am a running champion, but you can always ask me for a few breast strokes in the city swimming pool. Although I don’t pretend to be an alive IMDB, my unlimited cinema card pushed me to regularly go to the movies.
My friends tell that I am persevering even headstrong, but always willing to serve.
